B&K Management was contracted by Roynat Bank and the Owner of Sunset Cove Retirement Living to assume all operations of the building. The primary goal of the appointment of B&K Management was to increase NOI and lease up the building. B&K Management recruited a General Manager, re-designed the sales & marketing department, implemented policies and procedures and increased occupancy from 42% to 95%.
